Since being qualified as SME Management Consultant certified by the Japanese authority in 2015, Kazuhide has consulted, coached and supported more than 30 companies from various industries within Japan.

As an adviser of “Kenko keiei-management strategy with enhancing employee’s health” qualified by The Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he has consulted companies seeking to derive better performances from healthier and happier staff and been enlighting the concept to the market including writing articles about the theme.

He also serves as a lecturer in seminars and an instructor at workshops for CEOs and business people. The theme of those occasions is often start-up by teaching comprehensively subjects from fundraising to stuff hiring and team building.

Kazuhide built his career by working for several financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley. Under the international and diversified work environment reinforced by acquiring MBA degree from global EMBA program run by UCLA  and National University in Singapore, he earned the skills and knowledge how to cultivate team works among players with diversified profiles and backgrounds to achieve goals. It brings him to some current advisory tasks in cross-border M&A and joint-venture development projects between Japanese companies and non-Japanese mainly ASEAN enterprises. Kazuhide has been involved in leading comprehensive consulting projects for resorts and Ryokan in Japan while working with many restaurant chains.
